CPA Model Operating Guidelines:
- Affiliates wishing to operate under the CPA model must initially contact the Affiliate Program manager to activate this method of collaboration.
- The conditions for the CPA model will consider the activity and performance metrics of the referred players. Any changes in these metrics may alter the cooperation terms.
- Affiliates are required to generate at least 10 First Deposits (FDs) to qualify for a payout under the CPA model. A preliminary trial limit may be established, meaning the first payment is issued only after the agreed number of FDs is reached.
- Payments will not be issued for players who are already registered with the Makao online casino under the CPA model. Accounts that are flagged as multi-account following verification will be disqualified.
- Should there be significant discrepancies from the established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the holding period before crediting the balance may be extended on an individual basis. Additionally, if referred players show extended inactivity, the Company may decide not to issue payments for these leads. The standard review period before funds are credited is 7 days.
Payment Terms
Affiliates receive their payments monthly, contingent on having referred at least 10 active customers who collectively deposit a minimum specified amount of 10,000 Tenge (KZT). Payments may be delayed due to technical or verification needs.
Dispute Resolution
Affiliates may raise disputes by providing detailed factual arguments to the support team. The Company commits to a fair review and will respond within a specified timeframe.
Confidentiality
The details shared during discussions with the Administration and support team of the Makao Affiliate Program are classified as confidential. The Affiliate is forbidden from revealing this information to external parties. Should this confidentiality be breached, the Company is entitled to end its partnership with the Affiliate, leading to the termination and subsequent blocking of the Affiliate’s account.
